That seems unlikely since 4349 simply avoids adding random garbage to the wake up time! However there are locking issues in chan_iax that were magnified by other scheduling changes. I _think_ these are all fixed now in current SVN (1.2 and trunk) as of r4492 (Jan 26). At least, I haven't managed to trigger a problem again yet...
