Hi Mark,

I am using the callfile process also and i think the PHASESTATUS variable
and number of retries ensure high delivery rate. However i am thinking that
we incorporate a procedure that notifies via email if there is failure even
after 3 time of tries.it can be incorporated in extensions.conf or can be
scanned from the CDR databases.

Thanks,

Vivek
