However, a lot of the issues I've seen seem to affect only one box. They appear to depend on the precise configuration or usage of that box. If I had a Cisco here there is no guarantee it would help. That said, if anyone has a leftover Cisco with T.38 capability they don't need, I could certainly find good use for it.
