All I know is that when I told callweaver to use the g.729 codec
exclusively, the DTMF info was correctly handled by callweaver. The
problem was, callweaver didn't know how to translate the g.729 to a
different codec. It would only allow g.729 passthrough, which wouldn't
work for those wanting an IVR.
Since I can't use the g.729 codec without buying a license, we'll use
the g.711. If anyone knows of a way we can use the g.729 codec in
callweaver without buying a license, please speak up.

I'm not sure if the rfc2833 stuff would be correctly handled after
switching the codec our provider uses to talk to us to g.711 as I
switched it to inband while making the codec change.
