Hello, i would like start a bounty to get SRTP with TCP/TLS into the existing chan_sip, or to start the work on chan_sofia. I think starting with chan_sofia would be more meaningful, because sofia-sip allready offer TCP/TLS. And a lot of work could be borrowed from Freeswitch, to save some reinvented wheels.
If someone like to offer paid development time for chan_sofia, please contact me with your offer. If someone also would like to have srtp with TCP/TLS and would like to spend mony, please contact me to start a bounty.
