So my sip provider tsgglobal.com says they have outgoing t38. I am now
starting to test *just* outgoing:
Computer -> SPA2102 -> CallWeaver -> tsgglobal.com -> PSTN/SIP ???
-> online fax service
I turned on logging full, set levels in CLI as specified here:

Looking at the log file, i see t38 state get to 5 for both directions:

Then CW sees UDPTL packets from both my SPA2102 and from the end point
of the call which happens to be 64.158.162.71 (some box at
voipum.com), but they are not being resent out, at least the log is
not showing it.
I have not done a wireshark dump yet so i guess that is next.
Without the wireshark dump though, does anyone have any thoughts if
faxing out from computer modem should work or not? I can provide the
whole debug log if someone wants to see i without the wireshark packet
trace.
