I didn't watch the webinar, but where can we get this now,  we don't have a
lot of UB left but I need it gone.

This was squarely answered in the Q&A at the end of the webinar: elevate
functions as ePMP SM only. No PTP, no AP mode.

However they did say "for now" which I interpret as "they may offer this
function in the future".
