Everyone's going to have their own opinions and obviously this being the
Cambium list you'll find we're all very pro-Cambium.

If it were me, I would stop deploying ANY Ubnt APs and probably look at
moving over to ePMP as time/money permits.  There is no way I would deploy
anything besides Cambium in this telco market you refer to, ideally I'd
sync with them so we can co exist and make everyone happy.

Sync is probably the biggest thing that makes Cambium scale so well.  They
also figured out how to do a fantastic MAC with the same cheap hardware
that everyone else uses, so it's really the best of both worlds.

I like to spend my time growing the business and network rather than
spending it fixing what's already out there.

tldr: It is very much well worth the extra up front cost.
