While I also want to buy stuff and never have issues, I also want things improved. Those two things don't go together where software is involved. Not saying they are doing all the testing they could do, just saying to a lesser degree it is a fact of life. The second thing I would mention is that ePMP is not carrier grade gear. It isn't priced that way and wasn't engineered that way. It is a good value, just not carrier grade.
