Maybe we need a federal agency in charge of broadband.  Then we could find 
someone who has spent their entire life fighting against broadband to be in 
charge of it.

 

We need a new hierarchy of needs diagram, so we know where broadband stands in 
relation to shelter, healthcare, education, clean air and water, etc. 

 

It sounds like that town in Sweden that wants to mandate an hour each week for 
sex.  Hey, it’s a basic human right.  Maybe the bad news is … it’s broadband 
sex.
