dang those youns!! they are dirty to eat dogs like that! why they eatin it in phnom penh though? dont they just eat chgai kmaos? I always thought they did..and i never thought khmais eat dogs! thats just disgusting...get diseases and stuff! man..since some americans had been deported back...they will teach the khmer youngsters! Dogs are pets..not food!
