CPP VOTES INFLATED BY FOREIGNERS ILLEGALLY VOTING IN CAMBODIA The following is an example of a commune where a very large number of foreigners are illegally registered as voters. Actually they outnumber Khmer-born citizens. For historical and political reasons the CPP has given those foreigners illegal documents to fraudulently vote for the ruling party. For a foreign-born person to legally obtain Cambodian citizenship, the 1994 Nationality Law requires that that person receive a Royal Decree from His Majesty the King explicitly and namely granting him/her Cambodian citizenship. None of the foreign-born persons on the voter list we present below, has ever received such a Royal Decree. The corresponding polling station is in Chong Khneas commune, Siem Reap district, Siem Reap province.
