NOT RESPECTED.
SUCH AS THESE :
Nov. 14, 1979 The UN General Assembly adopts a resolution A/RES/34/22 calling
for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia. The vote is
91-21 with 29 abstentions.
Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988.
"Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose
freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and
independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops
...."
As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops despite the
call from the US president to Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia since
1988.
Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese invaders.

Again, Sam Rainsy party is engaging racial hysteria again. In 18th century,
many ethnic Khmers were forced to change names to Viet names. Lots of Khmer
Krom I know have Viet last names. Also, just because last name is Nugyen,

The following is an example of a commune where a very large number of
foreigners are illegally registered as voters. Actually they outnumber
Khmer-born citizens. For historical and political reasons the CPP has given
those foreigners illegal documents to fraudulently vote for the ruling party.
For a foreign-born person to legally obtain Cambodian citizenship, the 1994
Nationality Law requires that that person receive a Royal Decree from His
Majesty the King explicitly and namely granting him/her Cambodian citizenship.
None of the foreign-born persons on the voter list we present below, has ever
received such a Royal Decree. The corresponding polling station is in Chong
Khneas commune, Siem Reap district, Siem Reap province.
