The word Khmer Krohom was surely coming from former monarch Norodom Sihanouk during the SRN. Positioning himself as Neutral and non- alliance according to Bandung pact, he (former King) labeled two opposite groups, one was Khmer Krohom which born out of Communist Vietnamese and financed by China, and other Khmer Blue or Khmer Khiev who affiliated with Thiev/Ky regime of Saigon and Sarit/Thanat Khoman of Bangkok fully financed by CIA. There is no relationship between Krohom (rouge) and Krom (under or below ), two separated words and two different meaning.There is no question about that from the lowest to the highest we (Khmer) are duped by foreigners such as Vietnamese, Thai, China and American, we thought they are care and loved us more than we loved ourself. We invested our belief and lives to their causes then we tortured ourselves then we became nothing.
