Dear Mr ssamoeun,
Thank you for your information.
Would you be kind to submit my remark to the attention of the Bank please.
This report .AKP, Phnom Penh, January 14, 2009
Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Sok An, cabinet minister meets with
Mrs. Cannette Dixon, newly appointed director of World Bank to Southeast Asia,
in which the guest is seeking more understanding on the perspective of the
royal government of Cambodia so as to closely cooperate and smoothly fulfill
the works between both sides.
H.E Sok An welcomed the World Bank's new projects to assist the kingdom's
agricultural and transportation fields.
I wish to remind you that the World Bank must be aware of these facts:
Remember this song " " "Corruption, corruption, corruption". said World Bank
Président James Wolfensohn to Cham Prasidh. As of today there is no
ANTI-CORRUPTION LAW adopted yet and the World Bank is going to throw the money
to the thieves ?
Do you recall?
Jan. 11, 1979 The UN Security Council agreed, over the objections of the Soviet
Union and Czechoslovakia, to let Prince Norodom Sihanouk present a demand for
the withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.
Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.
US president Reagan said :America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia
Independence . President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United
Nations General Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988. "Mr.
Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and
independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and independence
of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...." First,
we must understand the behavior and character of a VietnameseVIETNAMESE
CHARACTER as described in this book : " THIEF, LIAR : BOOK " GIAI PHONG " by T
Terzani describes a Vietnamese as THIEF, A LIAR, A KILLER, A DECEIVER , a
sleeper .....
CONSEQUENCES :
For over 30 years of Vietnam occupation look to the Cambodian youth pushed to
get drug from the Chinese drug dealers like these ?======================In
Phnom Penh under the Vietnamese invader police administration with the label
"Cambodian" police. Does the World Bank realize that ?
In 2008 Vietnam pledges to abide by UN charter ?THEN ALL VIETNAMESE INVADERS
AND ILLEGAL VIET SETTLERS MUST COMPLY TO THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS AND GO HOME.
Would you be kind to submit my remark to the Bank .
Thank you
