Please be understood that freedom of speech must be in the framework to promote law and order for being able to rule peacefully one developing country like Cambodia.
But freedom of speech for division, hatred and anger for killing should be prohibited. If you don’t like the government you should ask for transparency and anti-corruption law, If they refuge, ask them again and again in public, in public not hiding and preaching hatred and division. And division means social reparation into ethnic groups against one another. We must call all people of Cambodia Cambodian without discrimination of orgin of birth. If you call them Vietnamese or Chinese or Champ, you separate them from Khmer and you are creating war among Cambodian.
