HOR NAM HONG , A VIETNAMESE ,APPOINTED AS FOREIGN MINISTER OF CAMBODIA TO
NEGOTIATE AND TALK ON BEHALF OF THE KHMER PEOPLE HERE.

BRIEF HISTORY :
VIETNAM INVASION OF CAMBODIA
Dec. 25, 1978Invasion of Cambodia. Some 100,000 Vietnamese with 20,000 KUFNS
troops, under the direction of Gen. Van Tien Dung, launch an invasion of
Cambodia.

Feb. 17, 1979"Teaching a lesson". Some 170,000 Chinese troops with 700
warplanes, and 250-300 tanks launched an invasion of Vietnam to punish it for
invading of Cambodia.

Nov. 14, 1979 The UN General Assembly adopts a resolution A/RES/34/22 calling
for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia. The vote is
91-21 with 29 abstentions.

IT WAS CONDEMNED AT THE UNITED NATIONS.
10 UN RESOLUTIONS CALLING VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA ARE NOT
RESPECTED FROM 1979-2009.

your research must be based on 10 UN resolutions calling Vietnam to cease her
occupation of Cambodia such as these:

UN Passes Strong Resolution on Cambodia Human Rights Abuses
Feb. 27, 1982 : UN Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva adopted a
resolution condemning Vietnam’s occupation of Cambodia as a violation of
Cambodian human rights. The vote was 28 in favor, 8 against, and 5 abstentions.

116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES CONDEMNED VIETNAM AND CALLED VIETNAM TO CEASE HER
OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA .

Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.

ANOTHER ELEMENT OF YOUR RESEARCH MUST DEAL WITH THE TREASON OF THE KHMER
MONARCHY ON THIS ISSUE.

TODAY, KING SIHANOUK , QUEEN MONIQUE, KING SIHAMONI ARE COLLABORATING WITH THE
VIETNAMESE INVADERS AND RUN THE COUNTRY WITH THEM IN VIOLATION OF THE UN
CHARTER AND THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS, MAKING THE KHMER MONARCHY TRAITORS TO THE
CAMBODIAN PEOPLE AND CAMBODIA NATION. IT'S A CRIME FOR THE KHMER MONARCHY TO
BEHAVE LIKE CRIMINALS VIETNAMESE INVADERS.

Dear brothers and sisters,

Allow me to draw your attention to debate on policy option. As part of my
research, I would like to invite your view on human security in Cambodia. I
intend to know if this new concept of human security can be considered as
useful and applicable in Cambodian context (why yes and why not). In what ways
if the concept is useful? What is the Cambodian government 's view and position
on human security? What sectors should human security in Cambodia entail/cover
and who should be the main actors to implement the human security if the
concept is to be operationalized? I appreciate your thought.

Following is some food for thought on human security concept.
