No matter how Cambodians look at their neighboring countries, the
facts tells it all.
Vietnamese once was poorer than Cambodia. It only took Vietnam a short
decade to surpass Cambodia by using their intelligence to participate
in the world economy.
They made good relationship with their worse enemy, America.
They opened their country to outside investor who eventually brought
their economy back up to where it is today. They are not slowing down
either.
Thailand has been super. Their country has been peace for a very long
time. Actually, they are smart enough to keep Cambodia as a shield
from Vietnam war.
Cambodians were so dum enough to fight and fight so that war would not
spill into Thailand.
Cambodians were so smart to receive little aids so they could fight
their own people in their own country while Thai people were enjoying
peace and prosperity.
Now, tell us who is smart, and who is dum?
