Current memory of software drive can keep well than ancient past like Spata war etc. Because of Tienamen, Chinese government has tried to raise themselves to become a good man in the world stage. But China has never eliminated that past.
Obama said "if you are dictator, you cannot hide from the page of history". Grenade attack in front of assembly building in 1997 reinforced Hun Sen administration to accept reforms, though those reforms are still little. However, the nature and behavior of a dictator is hard to change. Dictator has always disguising with many aspects. I urge Hun Sen to express his dictatorship more and more, so that he will be the man, the very glorious man like Pol Pot, Sadam, Hitler...etc All Hun Sen's advisers and colleagues, you have to encourage Hun Sen to express more violent and illegal activities, please.
