As long as the U.S. owes billions od dollars to the Chinese in the form of bond repayment debetures the U.S. is in no position to dictate to China/Vietnam/Cambodia anything. Please realize that the American emire has been dying for years. In about 15 years from now China will be THE BIGGEST ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!!! Followed by India. I think Cambodia's freedom lies in the all ready close ties it has with India. That with the paltry U.S. might be the key. The wealthy american elite is busy taking positions both economically and physically in Asia in case they have to "jump ship". There will be a 1,000 years of hell to pay to the euorpean community.
