- 99 yrs? holy cow........ just imagine that!
- so will there be Beung Keng Kang in Phnom Penh, i mean the real lake. well,
may be the name "Beung Keng Kang" will remain the same for the next generation
to call but i'm not sure will there be a lake that full of water.
- what exactly will that foreign company do with the land?
- if this contract works out, $79 millions dollars gonna be somehow beneficial
for Khmer people as a whole?

just a clarification, this is NOT in any way to convey you with negative
opinions or bias about the issue. all the information above is what i got from
one of the reliable news site.
some of you may take this as a good thing while others think it's insane! the
truth is "who's know?"

Beung Kok area will be leased to foreign company for 99 YEARS in exchange of
