Dear Friends:

"The greatest blessing of our democracy is freedom. But in the last
analysis, our only freedom is the freedom to discipline ourselves."

We’re our "own lamp" "self-discipline." I think we challenging us to become
aware of our spiritual

Essence, to read ourselves by our own light, to follow the path that
resonates with own hearts and minds right here, right now.

As we recognize own unique light, we can choose to shine it on the people
and places that need illuminating. For the good of

Our family and the world, as well as our own personal good, it's vital that
we tip over the proverbial bushel and become aware of

The beautiful and distinctive light we have been given to share. “We are our
own best light" “We share our love and light"

I practice Buddhism, only 2 laws:

(1) Right thinking; and

(2) Right speech.

'Right Thinking' means to me: Do not think ill of people, do not have

Ill-will toward people, do not have or harbor ill thought because that

Poisons my mind [and not the mind of other people]; my mind is clear:

'Right Speech' means to me: Do not speak bad or ill about people, do

Not say untrue and ill words toward people, do not spread

Ill and things onto other people because if I spray crap on people, how

Do you think I will smell? -Just like the crap that I spray on people.

  I have no complex

Of inferiority. I always try to understand things as BUDDHA said:” I

Like you to understand what I am about to say [the DHARMA] and NOT to

BELIEVE me."

Although, I only learned through real life experience and from my parents.
But, my men “intuition"

Taught me to be a good role model to my children and to my sibling. My
purpose of life was to respect

Myself and other. I don't point my finger at other, because my four fingers
will point back at me.

I only encourage and lift up people’s spirit for them to do good for
themselves and their family.

Through out my life, I learned from my parents, my teacher, my friends, my
kids, and my relatives. As for my parents,

They had shown me their great role models. My mother a wonderful Lady and I
inspired by her skill for raising us so well.

Please have a great 4th of July with your family and your friend.
