You must understand the  mind set of the Cambodian people. Their side
is the right side.  Others are always wrong. That's why Cambodains
have been fighting each others for a very long time. Unfortunately,
Cambodians can't accept their own responsibility. Instead, they blame
others for their unfortunate.
They blame USA bombing for their creation of their own monster called
Khmer Rouge.
They blame Vietnam invasion for the destruction of Khmer Rouge.
They blame Vietnam for the product of their own government.
They even went to so far to call their own government and its
officials as Vietnamese.
They all believe that the wrong things were done by Cambodians should
be blame others. Cambodians are supposed to be victims, not makers
etc........
What kind of people are they?
Why can't they take their own responsibility?
