I suggest that Cambodians hold Hun Sen and his government responsible for what they have done, are doing and will do in Cambodia. According to the world and Hun Sen, there are no Vietnamese in Cambodia. If Cambodians continue to shift the blame to Vietnam, then it means that Hun Sen and his government have no responsibility or accountability to save Cambodia. What do we want or expect Hun Sen to do if he is controlled by Vietnam? The issue of Vietnamization of Cambodia and illegal settlement of the Vietnamese, for example, must be dealt with accordingly.
