I don't think RFA will be able to please any side, regardless of who is in charge. Kem Sos will do whatever RFA wants, and he doesn't have any authority to deviate from RFA guidelines and agenda. As far as dealing with the CPP and Cambodian government, Kem Sos is no different from any other Cambodian politicians or businessmen. Once one is in Cambodia, one needs to deal with the Cambodian government officials and nearly all officials are member of the CPP and they run Cambodia. It's almost impossible to avoid that. Laying off employees is the internal business affairs of RFA. =============
