Unfortunately, the poor and uneducated people have been told repeatedly that the dual-citizen (of French and Khmer leader) of SRP party--Sam Rainsy is a "paing proch" or "hit and run" leader. The CPP have been using this line to discredit Sam Rainsy effectively. During the 2008 Campaign, Kem Sokha had also attacked Sam Rainsy as a "paing proch" leader to imply that Sam Rainsy was a coward leader. Sam Rainsy will not be put in Jail for this. He must be brave enough to return home and face the charge. He had to know the consequences of his actions in advance. Lifting immunity was one of the consequences and it has become a routine for the CPP led assembly. There should not be treated as it’s the matter of life and death. The CPP is getting smarter now not to help publicize its opponent.
