The last election was deemed to be the best election Cambodians have ever had in a very long time. No, Sam Rainsy would not accept it. He always call any election as a buy out election by the CPP because he has not won yet. Beside, Sam Rainsy and his small group of follwers have not been able to show any ability to unify their country. That's why they will never win. That's why they call themselves an opposition party. That's why they oppose everything in their path except their own. So it means that they would not represent the whole country. A good leader would be able to unify alll people of all fates together for a common cause, the interest of the nation. Sam Rainsy is not doing that. He is there for his causes, and he fights at all costs. Have you looked into the Norodom Sihanouk past history. Exactly, Norodom Sihanouk yelled from a distand to his people to fight for him. He only returns to his country when he can harvest for his country.
