Everyone has perceived well:
- Electoral committees belong to CPP
- Giving a piece of scarf and sarong, a bag of rice and hinomoto, and
few thousand riels to people are normal practice of CPP
- Cambodian people are weary of change and have to keep "status quo"
under Hun Sen's fearful rhetoric
- Preach Vihea scheme led to unexpected victory of CPP in recent
election
- Vietnamese immigrants help increase votes for CPP
- Others....
