Australia is leading the revolt against Al Gore’s great big AGW conspiracy –
just as the Aussie geologist and AGW sceptic Professor Ian Plimer predicted it
would.
“Ignorance is no excuse under the law, but maybe we should stop criticizing and
start showing compassion for NBC, ABC and CBS and their neglect of the huge
ClimateGate story. We are more than happy to help rectify their knowledge
deficit – via a network-friendly source and in an as environmentally-friendly a
way as possible.
“We think that once the networks read the story of ClimateGate in their vaunted
New York Times, they’ll feel compelled to report it themselves.

No temperature rise
Thor Pedersen adds that the temperature has not risen in the past decade.
“I’m not saying that in the decade that the temperature has fallen or stagnated
is enough to evaluate developments. But one should only say what one knows,”
the Speaker adds.
“You should say that although we believed in our models, that the temperature
would rise from 1998 to 2008, we have to admit that it has not risen. We cannot
explain why it has not risen, but we believe we still have a problem. I’m just
asking that people say what they actually know,” Pedersen tells DR.
