Please allow me to put my two cents. It may be true that Vietnamese has done this and that etc...... However, we cannot ignore the facts. Today, some people have blame every unfortunate in Cambodia on vietnamese. If that is true, Cambodian leadership must be stupid and idiots. I don't believe that it is the case. So it must be something to do with Cambodians in Cambodia. So no matter how you look at it, these unfortunates happen under the Cambodian belt whether they do it for Viethamese or not. What it means that Cambodian leadership has no responsibility at all for their country.
