It doesn't matter where border mark is or was, Sam Rainsy did something against the Cambodian laws. He was convicted in the Cambodian court. That's his country. That's his people's court. That's Cambodian court. Now, where is Sam Rainsy? Ofcourse, he is a coward who ran away from his supporters for his own personal safety. What kind of leader is that? Don't try to tell me other leaders have done so. Look at the true meaning of leadership again.
