Au sujet de bornes de frontière, c'est impensable que nos paysans possèdent le terrain dans le territoire vietnamien, qu'il était maître du Cambodge de 1979 à 1992. Et puis chacun a le droit de juger sur la position de gouvernement royal vis-à-vis du Vietnam. M. Sam Rainsy a pu prouver que ces bornes sont implantés dans notre territoire, de toute façon nos paysans ont le droit de les arracher si le gouvernement royal ne l'avait pas exproprié.
