D'abord il faut comprendre que la justice cambodgienne n'est pas indépendante. 
Pas la peine de la prouver tout le monde, Cambodgiens et étrangers la savent.
Au sujet de bornes de frontière, c'est impensable que nos paysans possèdent le 
terrain dans le territoire vietnamien, qu'il était maître du Cambodge de 1979 à 
1992. Et puis chacun a le droit de juger sur la position de gouvernement royal 
vis-à-vis du Vietnam.
M. Sam Rainsy a pu prouver que ces bornes sont implantés dans notre territoire, 
de toute façon nos paysans ont le droit de les arracher si le gouvernement 
royal ne l'avait pas exproprié.
Je voudrais savoir est ce que vous aurez obtenu quelques choses en soutenant ce 
gouvernement, sinon vous êtes vraiment bête.
