That's a form of expressing. Ofcourse it is very wrong to do it. because there is another side to the expression. If you can express your own opinion, others can too. It means that others opinion also come in a form of expression. So for you to attack them personally is wrong and violate their form free of expression. Are you confusing? Ofcourse you may because you think that you are the only right person while others are all wrong.
