It doesn't matter whether there is foreign influence etc.... or not. Cambodians must be reaponsible for their own acts. In this case, Cambodians are responsible for their own destruction. Don't blame on others for what you have done with your own hands. Cambodians are the onew who destroyed their own country and killed their own people in millions. There is no if but about it.
