Last time I checked, all the yuons residing in Cambodia were granted the right to vote at the expense of 1/2 million Khmer - badly discriminated against by the ruling CPP. How fair do they want to be ? Khmer have run out of generosity. To survive, maybe Khmer have to be cruel to be kind.
