While it come about yuons, these experts are like monkeys barking out from
their forest. These foreign experts explain or understand about yuon
colonization, yuon exterminated and expansionist policy or yuon migrants in
Cambodia like they bark or understand about the word yuon. And their papers
or thesis reflect of that spirit. It is the kind people who supported and
help Vietcong and Khmer rouge to lead genocide against Khmer people.
What restrictions are you talking?! These yuon migrants should consider
themselves as very lucky to be able to savagely, illegally and massively
colonize Cambodia, can freely rob Khmer resources while left Khmer people
with empty hand after Angkar leu Khmer rouge exterminated not less than 50%
of Khmer people to free land and resources for these yuons. 40 savage yuon
illegal floating village! How many other yuon savage illegal villages on
Cambodian soil over the country that were not mentioned in the report? And
how about thousands or millions yuon migrants who are imported to Cambodia
at each national election, these yuons can easily get Khmer identify cart
offered by cpp regime to vote for cpp while cpp repressed and restricted
Khmer people on rights of vote? How many countries in this world that such
the thing can happen? Non, beside Cambodia. This is the sad tragedy of
Cambodia. If these yuon migrants dare to rob resources, even little one, or
illegally violate other sovereign country like French, these yuons will be
chased like criminals over 24 hours, put in cage and sent back to their home
like monkeys. Even as champion of democracy and human rights, French
migration laws is a very strict one. And on practice, it has no merci. This
is only an example.

Subject: Khmer Krom in Vietnam does not make MAR’s list
The Vietnamese in Cambodia are subject to numerous restrictions. They
face demographic stress as a result of dispossession from the
territory that they occupy. They have been evicted from land they have
occupied for decades by the majority Khmer group along with being
forced to leave areas where their floating villages dock due to the
actions of state authorities. Thousands of Vietnamese have spent
decades residing in some 40 floating villages around the edges of
Tonle Sap Lake.
