March 23, 2010 SAM RAINSY TO PRESENT DECISIVE EVIDENCE ON BORDER ENCROACHMENT AND GOVERNMENT NEGLIGENCE Opposition parliamentary leader Sam Rainsy will present decisive evidence on border encroachment by Vietnam in Svay Rieng province at a video press conference to be held at the SRP Phnom Penh Headquarters on Thursday, March 25, at 02:00 pm. The related documents have been produced by academics, researchers and map engineers/cartographers in France and Switzerland.
