If Sam Rainsy had all of those documents, why couldn't he do anything as a representative in the house? Why is he doing it now? As an official of the poeople representative, Sam Rainsy should have introduced it to the government when they negotiated to reach an agreement with Vietnam. Why now? Isn't that Sam Rainsy really hate CPP and Hun Sen? Isn't it that Sam Rainsy really oppose everything coming out of his own government? What is the right thing for Sam Rainsy? Isn't it that only Sam Rainsy stuffs are the right ones?
