Then they killed their own people in millions. Where is Sihanouk today? Is he a victim? Ofcourse, not. However, he is doing it anything to avoid his own responsibility for his own act. He could not accept the fact that he was a part of that monster who marched to victory and destroy thy own country. This culture is practiced by all level of people. Look at the people in the community during Khmer Rouge. What have they done? Ofcourse, they would have other killed so they could gain. That was at the bottom of the society.
