Actually, it is a part of their own social norm. Cambodians of different factions look at this culture as their way of living. They corrupt and practice of culture of impunity as opoportunity in life to make it better. They all thrive to find position so they can do it due to the fact that all Cambodians believe in this culture as the culture of their own society. As you see, every sentences above start with Cambodians. It is very true that groups of Cambodians from different factions and different era see it as a loss, not improvement to their own nation. They all want to go back. Now let us talk about those who live overseas. Many of them are barking so hard at Cambodians today trying to move them back to the era that they used to be in. It is impossible. Oh! they even try to use their third world mind to indluence Cambodians. What is the right thing for Cambodia? It is not those who live overseas to steer Cambodians to a right direction. it is the Cambodians themselves to look at their own society and to change or adapt policies to fit their own current situation. Cambodians have had enough of fighting. It is time to start cooperating for thei interest of their own.
