I don't know if you remember the time that Cambodia was free from evil
while the world still hated Vietnam.
The world went a long way to fight the invasion of Vietnam. No one
support the invasion. However, the simple fact is that Cambodians
could have been worse if the invasion didn't exist.
Cambodia started their new endeavor in the 80s. Unfortunately, they
choose to fight one another instead of rebuilding their own nation
from the dead of Khmer Rouge.
Vietnam was far below Cambodia.
Look back at the effort what Vietnamese were doing to attrack foreign
investments in their nation while Cambodians continued to kill each
other.
Vietnam today has surpassed Cambodia.
How about Cambodia?
Ofcourse, they are fighting one another for power.
