សូមគោរព ខ្ញុំយលថា បទវិចារណកថារបស់លោកលីឌៀប គឺបានអត្ថាធិប្បាយទាំងទទឹងទិស ដោយរាយរាប់ពីគោទៅជាក្របី ។ អ្វីដែលគេគួរតែយល់ដឹងនោះ គឺថា ការដែលលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ហ៊ុនសែន បម្រុងនឹងយកសំណុំរឿងដីធ្លី៤.៧ គីឡូមែត្រការ៉េ ដែលនៅជាប់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារនោះ ប្ដឹងទៅអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនោះ គឺវាមិនអាចមានការទាក់ទង និងការចុះសន្ធិសញ្ញាទីក្រុងប៉ារីសឡើយ ហើយក៏វាគ្មានអី ទៅប៉ះពាល់ដល់កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ខ្មែរវៀតណាម ដែលប្រទេសទាំងពីនេះបានឯកភាពគ្នាដោះស្រាយរួចរាល់បានជាស្ថាពរនោះឡើយ ។ មូលហេតុដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលខ្មែរ ទើបតែបញ្ជូនសំណុំរឿងនេះទៅអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនោះ គឺខាងខ្មែរយើង បានទុកពេលវាលា ចង់រកដំណោះស្រាយជម្លោះព្រំដែនខ្មែរថៃនេះ តាមកិច្ចចរចាទ្វេភាគី ព្រោះថា ការប្ដឹងទៅអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ គឺជាជម្រើសចង់ក្រោយ ដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានគ្រោងទុកជាមុនស្រេចហើយ ។
