Dear Khoa Chev, If you're not a Khmer Rouge, then you can describe the reason(s) why you hate the Vietnamese race, so that we can discuss. It's possible that your reasons or some of them are justified. Just one exception: a sympathy for the Khmer Rouge regime having been destroyed by Vietnam can never be a justified reason.
