Loork Khaor Chev,

Please accept my sincere apology. I take full responsibility on
behalf of Kim Ving who is new to the forum. I should have known
better ( Please give yourself a lot of credit for being very
convincing. Your were both convincing as a former officer and a
former Khmer Rouge).

I was taught to walk straight with my chest forward since I was a
young boy. What I also learned was that if I make mistake
intentionally or unintentionally, I am responsible. You will not
hear any excuse from me.

Although I have been here in the U.S. since I was young, there are a
certain Khmer character I hold dearly to my heart - respect your
elders is one of them. I may disagree with my elders or with you, but
I should never be disrespectful to you or anyone here in the forum.

Loork, again from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry.

Respectfully yours,

Jay
