Pheng Kim Ving,

Neak Ming can say what she wants about me.  Although I still read,
speak, and write Khmer, I would not want to compete with Neak Ming.

I know she will win.  And Neak Ming knows that I always respect her no
matter what.

It is O.K. .  I got just got a little spanking from her,  I though I
deserved it.
