Probably you've never lived in Cambodia and thus you're not aware of this aspect of the Cambodian culture. According to my observation, many people who've never lived in Cambodia and who don't realize how barbaric how atrocious how mass-murderous the Khmer Rouge were, fall into the hate-propaganda of the Khmer Rouge or the Khmer Rouge supporters/sympathizers who are trying to revenge the CPP and Vietnam. Consequently, these hate- propaganda victims hate the current Cambodian government, who's ELECTED BY THE CAMBODIAN PEOPLE, as well as Vietnam.
