In Cambodian mind, they think they have every rights there are in the book. They think they have the right to have the job as they were hired. No, they don't have any right to the job they were hired. Fortunately, they only have the right for due process. That's what the laws are for. The laws don't give ANY RIGHTS to anyone for the job.
