លោកក្រាក់ម៉ូ បើនិយាយអំពីនយោបាយអន្ដរជាតិវិញ គឺយើងដូចជាអាចនិយាយគ្នាបាន ។ ចំពោះបញ្ហាចិន និងខ្មែរក្រហម ខ្ញុំជឿថា ចិនមិនប្រាកដ ជាមាននយោបាយគាំទ្រ ការសម្លាប់រង្គាលឡើយ។ យោងទៅតាមឯកសារជាច្រើន បានបង្ហាញថា កាលពីសម័យខ្មែរក្រហមកាន់អំណាច នៅទីណាដែលមានពួកចិនដីគោកទៅដល់ ខ្មែរក្រហមតែងតែជម្លៀស ប្រជាជនដែលមានសុខភាពមិនល្អ ឈឺស្គមស្គាំង យកចេញអោយអស់ដោយទុកនៅតែប្រជាជនណាដែលមានសុខភាពល្អ ធំធាត់មានកម្លាំងមាំមួនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ។ ដូច្នេះ ក្នុងចំណុចនេះ គឺពួកខ្មែរក្រហមចង់លាក់បាំង នូវអំពើយង់ឃ្នងរបស់ពួកគេ ។ ចំពោះ ការសម្លាប់រង្គាលនៅប្រទេសចិន នាអំឡុងពេល ដែលចិនបានរៀបចំធ្វើបដិវត្តវប្បធម៌នោះ គឺនៅអំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ផ្លាយ ។តែក្រោយមក មកដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដែលជាពេលប៉ុលពត ទើបឡើងកាន់អំណាចនោះ គឺក្នុងជួរអ្នកដឹកនាំចិន និងនយាបាយផ្ទៃក្នុងចិន បានមានការផ្លាស់មករកភាពធូរស្រាលវិញហើយ ។ ដូច្នេះ ដោយផ្អែកទៅតាមកត្តាទាំងនេះហើយ ដែលគេអាចបញ្ជាក់បានថា ចិនមិនគាំទ្រអោយមានការកាប់សម្លាប់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរឡើយ ៕៕
