They can't. That's the fact. Vietnamese are so superior to Cambodians in many ways. There is no comparison. If you look at the people in technical fields, you would see more Vietnamese than Cambodians. Do you know why? That's right. Your answer is correct. Cambodian race is not superior to Vietnamese race.
