A warning to all Vietnamese occupiers of Cambodia .
Beware , you will pay dearly one day

Angkor Wat ruins on
shaky ground

Cambodia's famous temple ruins
under threat of collapse due to over-consumption of water.

05 Dec 2010 09:45 GMT

The famous temple ruins of Angkor Wat in Cambodia are under the threat of
being destroyed as a dwindling supply of water due to over-consumption weakens
the nine-centuries-old structures' grounds.
Aela Callan reports from Siem Reap, Cambodia on the problem that stems from a
high demand for water to meet the requirements of more than one million
tourists
who visit the country every year.

Cambodia faces poverty despite rising tourism revenue

Fri Dec 3, 2010 2:3PM

Preethi Nallu, Press TV,

Siem ReapAt The end of the Pol Pot years, during which schools
were abolished, only around 300 cambodians with a higher education remained in
the country. Cambodia was faced with re- starting an educational system from
scratch. Given the proliferation of education and child poverty related NGOs,
experts say there is a dire need for the government at national and local
levels
to collaborate and contribute towards securing the futures of their youth.
Cambodia with
its rich architecture and scenic terrain is every photographer's delight.
Tourists clicking photos of vibrant streets scene is a common occurrence. With
its magnificent remains of the khmer empire, Siem Reap has become a popular
tourist destination drawing visitors from all over the world. Over 2 million
tourists will have visited cambodia in 2010 alone.
Whilst the remnants of
cambodia's ancient history leave a lasting impression, it is difficult to
overlook the large number of street children in urban centers as well as rural
areas. It is estimated that Cambodia with a total population of about 13
million
is home to 5 million children under the age of 15 and 60 percent of the
population is currently under the age of 18. Consequently, the disproportionate
number of minors in the country has become its economic backbone, often bearing
the burden of providing for their families at the expense of their education,
their development and ultimately their futures.

Despite increased
revenue from tourism, Cambodia with an annual GDP of a mere 300 us dollars per
capita has one of the worst social indicators in the region. In Siem Reap at
least 60 percent of the local population lives below the poverty line.

The most vulnerable victims of lack of social services are of course
children.

This six year old wanders the streets every night looking for
tourists claiming that his baby brother needs milk. He is joined by thousands
of
others who are seen roaming the streets during the day and late into the night
thereby becoming easy targets for organized begging rings and sex trafficking.

Local organizations such as Anjali house that provide refuge and
education to underprivileged children explain that sustainable progress in
Cambodia cannot be achieved without investment in education.

Some of the
children as young as 15 already have a clear idea of how they could help
improve
their community.

I TAKE THIS LIBERTY TO UPDATE THE SITUATION IN CAMBODIA 1979-2010. (1)
CAMBODIA REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM .
As suggested by Kissinger, Nixon ordered that the attacks occur in secret, and
all attempts to expose the bombing should be stopped. General Wheeler informed
his staff:
"In the event press inquiries are received following the execution of the
Breakfast Plan as to whether or not US B-52s have struck in Cambodia, US
spokesman will confirm that B-52s did strike on routine missions adjacent to
the Cambodian border but state that he has no details and will look into the
question." (Shawcross, p22)

AFTER HENRY KISSINGER SOLD CAMBODIA TO THE SOVIET-VIETNAM COMMUNIST IN 1975
The US sellout of the KHMER PEOPLE IN CAMBODIA in 1975, THROUGH HENRY
KISSINGER.(CFR AGENT)
WHAT DID HENRY KISSINGER DO THE KHMER PEOPLE IN CAMBODIA ?HIS AMBASSADOR MR.
JOHN GUNTHER DEAN, LEFT THE COUNTRY , FROM THE ROOF TOP OF THE US EMBASSY
BUILDING , TO CATCH AN HELICOPTER , LIKE A THIEF , IN APRIL 1975. WHAT DID HE
SAY ?
WHO IS THIS MAN ?
Kissinger, in His Own Words
"Military men are just dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign
policy." - Henry Kissinger, quoted in "Kiss the Boys Goodbye: How the United
States Betrayed Its Own POW's in Vietnam"

Henry Alfred Kissinger recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, so was his
Vietnamese communist friend .
LE DUC THO recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize.

THAT Nobel Peace Prize WAS AWARDED TO THEM FOR

1. THE ABANDONMENT, OF THE US ALLIED ,THE SOUTH VIETNAM ANTI COMMUNIST REGIME
AND THE MURDER OF THE NGO DIHN DIEM FAMILIES.

2. THE US INVASION OF CAMBODIA, A NEUTRAL COUNTRY, A UN MEMBER COUNTRY, AN
ALLIED OF THE US GOVERNMENT.

3. THE ABANDONMENT OF CAMBODIA TO THE COMMUNIST IN 1975.

4. THE KILLING OF OVER 600,000 CAMBODIAN INNOCENTS
( The 3,500 bombing sorties resulted in 600,000 deaths. The American bombing of
Cambodia was a closely guarded secret primarily because the U.S. was not at war
with Cambodia.)

FOR CAMBODIA
Strong Resolution on Cambodia Human Rights Abuses
Feb. 27, 1982 : UN Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva adopted a
resolution condemning Vietnam’s occupation of Cambodia as a violation of
Cambodian human rights. The vote was 28 in favor, 8 against, and 5 abstentions.

Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.

10 UN RESOLUTIONS,(1979-1988) VOTED BY 116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES ,CALL VIETNAM TO
CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER TROOPS FROM THE COUNTRY, ARE
NOT RESPECTED AS OF TODAY.

President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988.
"Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose
freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and
independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops
...."
As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops :

1. despite the call from the US President Reagan to Vietnam to cease her
occupation of Cambodia since 1988.
2. because America, under President Clinton,( Anti Khmer race ,like Henry
Kissinger and his policy of bombing and invasion of Cambodia in 1970's) by 1995
and his group had reversed the Reagan adminstration 's compliance with the 10
UN resolutions.
CAMBODIA today remains OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM 1979-2010.
why ?
Because of this act . AMERICA COLLABORATION WITH VIETNAM COMMUNISM WHILE
VIETNAM CONTINUES HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA.

WITH PRESIDENT CLINTON :
US FOREIGN POLICY IS PARTNERSHIP WITH THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNISTS , AND THE
VIETNAMESE OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA . PRESIDENT CLINTON JUST FORGETS THE 10 YEARS
EFFORTS FROM THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION BY IGNORING,
THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS CALLING VIETNAM TO QUIT CAMBODIA.

WALL STREET BANKERS & INTERNATIONAL BANKERS & President Bill Clinton
COLLABORATION WITH THE VIETNAMESE OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA IN VIOLATION OF 10 UN
RESOLUTIONS( CALLING VIETNAM TO QUIT CAMBODIA ).

President Bill Clinton announced the formal normalization of diplomatic
relations with Vietnam on July 11, 1995. Subsequent to President Clinton's
normalization announcement, in August 1995, both nations upgraded their Liaison
Offices opened during January 1995 to embassy status. While Vietnam continues
to occupy Cambodia as of today IN VIOLATION OF these 10 UN resolutions.

THE CLINTONS ARE BECOMING THE PARTNERS ,collaborators with THE VIETNAMESE
FORCES OF AGGRESSION OF CAMBODIA, AND ARE BECOMING BY NOW THE ANTI KHMER PEOPLE.

BY THESE ACTS ,IT reveals that
AMERICAN GOVERNMENT has no CONSISTENT FOREIGN POLICY, TOWARD ANY COUNTRY AROUND
THE WORD.
AMERICAN GOVERNMENT IS becoming by this act , a partner with the Vietnamese
forces of aggression and occupation of Cambodia since 1979-2010 in violation of
the UN charter .

THIS INCONSISTENT US FOREIGN POLICIES, FROM PRESIDENT REAGAN TO PRESIDENT
CLINTON TOWARD CAMBODIA, AND THE KHMER RACE, CONFIRMS,IN DEED, THAT THE US
STATE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF NON CAREER DIPLOMATS, IMMATURE IN WORLD DIPLOMACY.
IT'S SO SAD INDEED FOR A GREAT COUNTRY TO BEHAVE IN THIS MANNER TOWARD THE POOR
KHMER RACE .

Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese invaders.
Vietnam must cease her occupation of Cambodia at once.
THE MOMENT , AMERICA , STOPS COLLABORATING WITH THE CAMBODIAN ENEMIES(THE
VIETNAMESE OCCUPIERS) ALL KHMER COULD FIND INSTANTLY PEACE & JUSTICE.
